The story
I'm a solo founder in Santa Clarita. No team, no VC, no roadmap deck. Just a long-running workshop where I ship AI-native products one after another — an audio plugin, a real-estate tool, a print-on-demand pipeline, an agent platform — and keep the lights on by doing the whole thing myself.
Every product here is 100% AI-executed. I don't hire out; I spin up specialist sub-agents. I don't wait for permission; I wire the proxy, fix the pipeline, ship the feature. What used to take a team takes one founder with a thick stack of instructions and a lot of evenings.
